Mobile customer seeking Sky Stream free trial

Hello,

So I am a Sky mobile customer. I have seen a Sky Stream free trial on social media.

I choose the options I want and proceed to "Sign in" the website then says "Confirm you are the account holder followed by the following:

"Please enter the first two digits of your direct debit account number used to pay for your Sky subscription - you can easily find this by checking your banking app"

What the hell is my direct debit account number? Tried old and new bank account number. Sky mobile account no etc etc

Nothing seems to be accepted by this prompt. Not sure if I have or am inputting the right details. So, what the hell is my direct debit account number and how can I sign up without creating a new account?

This refers to a Sky subscription, so presumably it is for an existing Sky HD or Sky Q subscriber.  As we don't have the details have you checked that there isn't a small print with the offer?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Mobile customer seeking Sky Stream free trial

Thanks guys for a quick response.

Never have been a Sky TV customer before just Sky Mobile. Tried both previous account details and current but doesn't seem to accept it.

I think its time to call them.

Thanks again.

It might be that the one doing the rounds on social media is actually a targeted offer for people who are already Sky customers hence you being asked for Sky payment details. Other than that there is a 1 month trial here:
