Missed payment

Is it normal for sky glass to charge you the amount due plus the amount due again and again if you miss A payment.

when I moved from Sky Q to Sky Glass they didn't move my direct debit over so tried using my credit card for payment.

any help would be appreciated.

@Tonybr  Can you confirm did you miss the payment & was it added to the next months bill, or did your payment fail and you made a manual payment without being prompted to do so?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No, what happened was, I only knew the payment hadn't gone through when my direct debit hadn't been taken.

i checked on MySky and realised that they had tried taking from my credit card twice on the same day.

i have payed my monthly amount with my debit card and set up direct debit again but it's still saying I owe another 2 months, when it's not due till 27th Feb

How late were you in paying this because if it was 2 weeks or more late in being paid then you do have to manually pay the next bill as well.
