Lock the account

I desperately need to lock my account, as my kids have gone from £25 to £95. I only want to lock the account side

You can't lock an account but if you tell us what services you have and what is actually happening we might be able to help so what have they spent this money on ?

How are they doing it? If it's via your Sky box, change the PIN (and obviously don't tell then the new one). If it's online, change your login password.
