Late charge

I phoned up every month for 4 months now about my payment day and still once again av got a late charge fee that I was told I wouldn't get iam thinking of leave your service as had nothing but problem

How do you normally pay, direct debit or continuous card payment? Both of these methods should ensure your payment is made in a timely fashion.

What issue do you have with your payment date as you can change this if you need to:
