Kiran

Hello I need to change my adress. I went to a Sky shop and they told me they couldn't do anything and that I have to either use the live chat or to call them. The live chat is impossible to find I've looked for an hour because I cant call. I've lost the sim card and to get a new one I need to get it sent, but they sent it to the old adress, so I need to change my adress but to change my adress I need to call them but to call them I need a sim card. See the issue here ? Hoping they will see this message because I have no idea what else to do.

@BKK321 I'm not sure if the Sky staff here can assist with this issue but I will escalate your post to them just to see if they can. If they can they will either send you a PM or via an on screen blue chat bubble, it won't be instant and may well be tomorrow.

@JulieOwdienko calling Sky is the best option at this time.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

This is a place where customers help each other so there is no live agent so you do need to follow the advice above and call Sky yourself.
