I have applied for the switching servive money for switching from bt to sky. I sent an email claiming the£200 but every time i try to the email i was sent from sky asking me my account number and copy of my last payment to bt and my bank statement for proof i had paid my last bill with bt. Everything disappears off the email. Ki dont know what to do next. Can you please help me.

Find out moreOn your last bill from Bt is an early termination charge shown as this will be what Sky are looking for as the up to £100 for TV and up to £100 for Broadband/Talk is only paid out if you have had to pay an early termination fee to your previous provider.
