Iv got an account but you cancelled my phone delivery just wonderd why

I order a phone but it said its been cancelled got a letter of sky today with all terms and conditions and my acount number on letter just wonderd why it was cancelled

@Mick1324  If buying on finance it's possible you failed the secondary more detailed credit check 

 

you would have to call sky directly for a definitive answer as we're fellow customers here

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here.
If you have failed the enhanced credit check any initial payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded in about 14 days.
