Issues with my internet

I had an issue with my internet on the 1-2-26 and I did not have it for 5 days and the lady I spoke to say I will get compensation on my next bill and I have looked at it and it seems far to much .so I want to know if they have made amends

The credit should work out at £9.98 per day and starts from day three:

Auto compensation is applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
