@Carl811 various possibilities most commonly because customers had a Netfix account before coming to Sky and did not follow tge instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-activate-netflix which should result in Netflix stopping billing you direct. If that didn't happen use the "unlink the account" link st the bottom of thst psge.

Re: Netflix

Do you mean once by Sky and a separate charge direct from Netflix, or it appears twice on your Sky bill?

Netflix Standard with Ads is included with Sky Ultimate. You can pay extra through Sky for two higher tiers. Standard without Ads is around £5.99 and Premium is around £13.49.

Re: Netflix

If one entry is under "Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix" and the other is either "Netflix Standard without ads" or "Netflix Premium" it means you're paying for a boost to a higher tier than the one included with Sky Ultimate TV.
