Is there an online live chat to a Sky advisor anymore with the My Sky app. Does anyone know?

hi I'm trying to chat to live advisor but getting no where fast my sky has been suspended until I clear the rest of my bill myself and my husband are disabled my husband more so he's restricted to bed as can not walk after have multiple strokes all over his brain two years ago but only came home four weeks ago he needs sky for movies it helps his aggitation and dementia please can someone help many thanks

Unfortunately that tends to be Skys policy, once your bill is overdue they will restrict service until the bill is paid and won't take your phone call.
Our understanding is that this process is fully automated so a Sky advisor won't be able to manually remove the restrictions until payment is received.
