Hi - I have 2 super fast broadband payments for different amounts.
On my bill I have 2 separate super fast broadband amounts....
I can't remember what I agreed too tbh but just seem weird!
First is for about £32 and the other is around £18 but both have in contract discounts....
no idea if this is normal/correct!

Are you a new customer? If you are, your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

I'm not a new customer but think this changed when I reduced my tv package in April. broadband was mentioned... I can't remember what though!
