Hi, I want to add a puck to my system and added one to my basket online and tried twice to pay with 2 different cards and got a "we've run into a problem" message both times. Nothing wrong with either card or billing details.
I then called two customer service numbers to hopefully do it over the phone only to get a pre recorded message saying that there are issues with the technical systems and they couldn't talk now.
If so, how long has this been down and do I just have to wait for the fix in order to request my second puck, or is there another way?
