I have received my email to allegedly track my order but the email contains a link to DHL and a link to DPD, and yet neither of them provide any information. They both say the information is incorrect.
how can I find out when a delivery has been arranged for? I do not work from home every day and this level of ambiguity is unacceptable and needs to be resolved urgently.
I will be asked in the morning which days I will be office based this week and I should be able to answer that, but without knowing when my order is arriving, I cannot and therefore I will be unable to work in an efficient and effective way with planning meetings, video calls, team discussions and where I will be for each.
why has this happened? How do I find out the correct information?
