I received my internet box on the 7th of Jan and your charging me for December and I'm being charged for sky sports that is not working it keeps saying upgrade to view I am not happy at all

Nobody here is charging your anything @God1234 as we are all customers of Sky like you so for both issues you will need to call Sky, the free nuber to use from your landline phone is just 150.
