I signed up for Sky Glass and Sky Ultimate last week. Today I got an email to say my order had been cancelled. I rang Sky to find out why and they it the ID I had uploaded during the registration process couldn't be verified and to upload a new one. I can't find any section on My Sky to upload new identification. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your previous order was cancelled, will you not have to start again, and upload new ID as part of the process as you did before? Otherwise you'll need to contact Sky to ask where they want you to upload it to, I think.
