I have returned a Sky hub in the original box as l couldn't get any help to install the hub from Sky despite asking over and over for help from an engineer. However the return box was delivered flat and I had to tear it to open it, l removed the returns postage and I put the return slip inside, l added my name and address, but they are threatening to charge me for none return because they are saying that I didn't return it. I can't get to talk to an agent so if they decide to charge me then I will leave Sky for good, please don't let them tempt to join Sky broadband and talk unless you know how to install the hub because you won't get any help from  them to do it !!!!

i have been looking for an hour to try to talk (preferably on the phone) by any means to a human. the help does not cover every subject and the bot thing is exactly that, a thing! it is so frustrating the lack of human interaction/availability. only been with sky two years and considering going back to BT or anyone with humans working their.

Since this thread was first started the current methods for contacting Sky are below, and some will be more appropriate than others …

🟧 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

🟧Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟧Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on Facebook or Instagram, (links at the bottom of the forum page).

🟩Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.

Because if telephone numbers were allowed to be posted it would be a scammer's paradise posting incorrect phone numbers.

I had a call this morning from someone claiming to be from SKY. When I told them I was shopping, they ended the call. I was going to ask them to call me back this afternoon. I cannot find a number to call customer service.

Try this for the contact details, I just called them to order a wifi booster and they were very quick, very good to be fair. They are going to send me one booster, then call me back once I've had a chance to try it, then if I need more they will send an engineer out to assess first. Seems reasonable.

I have an unresolved problem since June 2025. 

I've been with them 25 yrs. 

I cancelled broadband in June 2025, switched to Vodaphone. It didn't switch on the set date and Sky had cancelled my Vodaphone and sent another sky router which I never gave permission for not wanted and did not know they had done this. I had sky coming through my Vodaphone router without my knowledge. 

Since then, I have tried to cancel sky TV and sky broadband since September or October 2025, but they say "you can't cancel whilst it's under investigation". But when I ring, there is no documentation of it.
