Sky TV subscription ~ The latest T’s and C’s for TV subscriptions explicitly state you can't cancel your TV subscription during a minimum discounted term unless agreed to by Sky. If/When you are out of contract you need to contact Sky to reduce any part of your package or cancel it completely giving the required notice of 31 days.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to a phone number.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one).
UK customer ~ The link should include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by ringing or writing in.

Good luck with that I am pretty much in the same boat I changed from Sky+ to Sky Q because I was quoted it would be £27 per month. I am now being told it will be £51 per month because I was given Sky Cinema free of charge for 2 months as compensation for the appalling service provided by Sky however without being sent any correspondence it transpires that because I didn't cancel it to say I didn't want to continue I am struck with it now until 2024.

I too want to downgrade, but can't find a suitable Tel number to discuss this with someone. Unfortunately, my hearing is not great and my phone doesn't allow me to hear clearly either. The call number I was given has repeatedly given me an indian speaking person, which I cannot fully understand or get someone else.
Why is it so difficult to get through the automation and the crazy complicated way of it all. I'm stuck paying a bill I cannot afford. I am out of my contract and the deal I was emailed is crazy expensive. I want to change, but I'm now considering cancelling everything.
Anyone know a number where I can get through an easier menu system?

Find out moreIf your hearing issues affect your ability to communicate on the phone it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

I spoke to a sky rep last week who suggested I include Netflix in my bundle. I wish to cancel net flix only from my a/c.

I was told last week that there would be a cooling off period which I am well within.

You need to contact Sky - you can't do it here...
The contact methods are in this thread already.

I arranged with a sky rep last week to include Netflix in my bundle. Under the cooling off period I would like to cancel Netflix only from my account.

I have been with Sky TV for 15 years but have reached the situation where I cant keep up with the constant price increases.
I am out of contract and intend to cancel my Sky TV. I will give them the 31 days notice as required, I will then have to return my SkyQ box and Mini Box.
However although Sky Signature and Multiscreen have ended their contract period, Sky Sports and BT Sport have another month and two months respectively, still to run.
Will I still be charged for them even though I will have no box through which to watch them?

If Sky allow you to cancel, you'll pay termination charges for ending your Sports and BT Sport (I'm assuming you pay through Sky) early.

Thanks Mark,
So basically they have me by the short and curlies.
If I cancell Sky Sports and BT Sport (yes I pay Sky) early, when I send back the ShyQ box I will pay a cancellation fee of £20 for each, and if I dont cancel them early I will continue to pay the monthly subscription until they run out, even though I won't have a SkyQ box.
