Credit card company cannot authorise payment and says its due to my service provider error

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here as this is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.


If a payment issue via your credit card company is causing a problem with paying your Sky bill you'll need to call Sky and explain in full. Just dial 150 from your Sky mobile.
