What were you told on the chat you had with the messaging team on Wednesday 28th, if they said 3-5 days the the Thursday would have been day one and as Saturdays and Sundays do not count in this then next Wednesday would be day five.

No I was told last sat 3-5 working days, Wednesday was reiterated it was on schedule for yesterday

Then it might appear back in your account come Monday or Tuesday so if it hasn't by Tuesday then post back here again.
