Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat were you told on the chat you had with the messaging team on Wednesday 28th, if they said 3-5 days the the Thursday would have been day one and as Saturdays and Sundays do not count in this then next Wednesday would be day five.

No I was told last sat 3-5 working days, Wednesday was reiterated it was on schedule for yesterday
