I swapped a new device for another but still being charged for two device.

I got an iPhone 16 but wanted to swap it for an iPhone 16 plus which I received. I spoke to someone who told me they would send me a returns packet in the next three days however I have not received it and I'm being charged for two mobile phones. How do I get to send the device back as it is brand-new. So now I have two brand-new devices.

If Sky have processed the return then you should be able to use the packaging the phone came or antything you can get your hands on but if you haven't any packaging then you will have to chase this up with Sky if this been more an a week and you are still waiting.

Sky said they would send a return packing for me. I have already paid 3 payments for the other device. I've been on the phone and my account has 2 devices on it. I've paid £68 in bills and it's been 2 months I've had the device now.

They don't seem to understand what I'm saying to them. They just think I have 2 devices that I want to!

You will continue to pay for the device until you have returned it and it has been inspected of which it hasn't been the sooner your return this the better as it can take 2-3 weeks to be looked at and only after this has been done should no further payments be taken for it.

Will I be refunded for the other device? There is no sim in it as I put the sim in the new device. 
What will happen after I return it? Does the other phone come off my account? As basically, I got an iPhone 16. Didn't like the screen size so ordered an iPhone 16plus. Never got return package to return the iPhone 16. So hence still paying for it.

My posts above all refer to your returning the iPhone 16 so the sooner you do this (after calling Sky first) the better as you have 31 days to do this after receiving it under the cooling off rules.
