Still being charged by my old company despite being assured it would be sorted by sky
I have been charged for two months of broadband connection by now TV
When organising the switch over the sky customer assistant assured me the switch over would be seamless and the payment to the old provider would be stopped. This is not the case. Customer services is not helpful in this matter..

As something has gone amiss have you spoken to Now and told them that you have changed your broadband to Sky, they should then be abel to cancel it for you.
