I need to contact Sky by phone, but I am partly deaf and worried about using the telephone.

can anyone advise please....I am partly deaf and rely on my earring aids which causes me difficulty using a telephone. I am a new sky customer and can see from my bill online I have be charged for Sky Cinema which I have not requested or agreed too.

 

I need help to change this.

 

Do I need to call or is there an alternative for me.

Hi @HarveY8991 i'd suggest getting registered with the Sky Accessibility Team (https://skyaccessibility.sky/). They will be able to provide you with additional ways of contacting and engaging with Sky once you are registered with them.
