I'm trying to speak to a human being regarding my bill and trying to get services put back on. All I keep getting is divert to payment. How do I speak to a human without making a payment yet?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Flan1988 Sky won't speak to you until you pay what you owe in full, they won't put your services back on until you've paid what you owe and setup a new direct debit.

I've payed my missed bill, my next bill isn't due out until 14th of this month but still being told I need to pay now
