I have financial power of attorney for my parents. Payments are going out of their account to 'Sky' but they don't know what it is for. The chatbot and self service links can't help me.

Once they have evidence of poa then you will be able to discuss directly with them.

Can you ascertain if they have a Sky TV subscription, Sky Broadband and Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile?

They say that they haven't got any accounts with Sky but their bank says it's a subscription (it's labelled 'Sky') . It could be for anything!
