I’m messaging to make sure my account has been closed and cancelled
Hi I'm messaging to make sure person on phone ealrier definitely cancelled and closed my account as had to many issues and people lying and being very rude

Any cancellation will be subject of the appropriate notice period, so 31 days for TV and 14 days for broadband.
