Increase in monthly charges

Just received notice our bill will increase by £5 plus but when checking my bill charges for April it says increase of £10 ? Anyone else - they say they never charge more than 10% that is more than 10%

Check you don't have any expiring discounts.

The 10% is on the overall list price - not any discounted amount.
