I'm desperate

I've ended my sky but they wanting 229.00 of me which I can't afford but I can manage 30.00 a month to clear it of can u help me please,

@Janealton  You would need to speak to Sky on the phone as posting here does not get your through to customer services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Janealton  If it's early termination charges then that is payable in one go I'm afraid 

 

you can call sky and see if they help but don't be surprised if they won't

Presumably you're being charged early termination fees which are usually payable in one payment.
