I have returned my box after paying a hefty bill but haven't had my money back please advise

I returned my sky box with details of my new bank account but haven't received my money back.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Yes I have proof of postage. I was illegally evicted priorto this and it took a while to obtain the box back!

Returned box, no refund

I've returned my Sky equipment with new bank details and address after having to retrieve it from my ex....I await my refund. All information is correct on the app....where's my money?

When did you return it and what money is owed, we you charged a fee for not returning it ?

I have proof of postage and it was returned on 9/8/24.

It shouldn't disappear until about 11am on Friday at the earliest unless the issue is resolved sooner.
