I have received packaging to return equipment, but I have nothing. to return.

I have recently took out a new 24month package with Sky ( I have been with sky for 9 years) and initially I did not have a Sky minibox in my deal. However, I still wanted this so it was adjusted again and added back to my package. However, I have recieved packaging to return the sky mini box but this may have been done in error or ffrom the intisl package takeb out. I do not require to return this mini box so I would liek assistance in making sure that this is the case so I do not get charged for not returning it.

You will need to contact Sky again to clarify to them that you haven't cancelled any part of your subscription.

Thank you. Tried contacting through virtual assistant but it can't undertsand my request. I'll phone jkust clarify with a human. Thanks again.
