Phone Bill Payment

Hello! 

So on my sky account it tells me this months phone bill is paid and that my balance is 0.00 but i keep getting emails to say it's not been paid... help 😬

There is a chance these emails are not from Sky. Even if they are as long as your account shows it has been paid then it has been so you should have no issues going forward.

They are from sky as it's also popped up in my notifications on the app but confused because it says balance paid

@ST06  Your images have been rejected as they show your agreement number, please repost after blanking out this info.

You've not blocked out personal information on your images so they've been rejected (your personal email address on one and agreement number on the other).
