Bill

Has anyone else got on the my sky app that bill needs to be paid, I have had this for the last TWO mths, have spoken to 'customer service' but they either hang up or put you on hold and then hang up, or put you through to 7 different people and you have to explain to each person what the problem is, and when you ask for complaints dept, never anyone there to help, or cancellation dept and they have all gone home, AT 10AM 

sky are a joke, after 30yrs a customer and they either hang money I've spent over the years and never the same person twice even on the same call, let alone ENGLISH 

wonder if this may get a response

Sky won't respond here. You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

Any agent should be able to register a complaint for you, you don't need to ask for the Complaints Department.

Ignoring that message are you able to see your bill via the app, if so does it show as being paid so you are up to date with nothing outstanding ?
