£50 charge received for equipment not returned- however this can not be returned as Sky has not yet installed the new equipment and significant delays on my order!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@BA1 The charge won't be removed until you return it, just make sure you get and keep indefinitely proof of postage and post back here when it's been returned and we can get you some help with a refund
