bill taken twice

my october to november bill i paid twice for so this month i would only owe 30 pounds which is my normal bill however they billed me twice again and carried it to next month i keep getting billed twice i don't understand why

Did you pay the bill when you didn't need to as you have a payment method setup on your account like a credit or debit card or a direct debit because if this is the case then you don't need to keep paying it as you are doing as Sky will taken it from the payment method you have setup on your account. You have two choices now either leave it as you payment will appear as a credit which will be used to pay next months bill or call Sky and ask them to refund it to you.
