I have been over charged, how do i get this rectified?

Hi, I was on a £58 (18 month deal) that started in November, and in the latest month I have been charged £69.22.

How do i get this rectified easily as the website seems like it is conveniently set up not to help with this?

Thanks

There has been a general price increase from 1 April that will take effect earlier because of in advance charging.

Have you checked your itemised bills to see what's changed?

Your price isn't fixed during your contract but the discount so what shows on next months bill. You should also note that there is a price increase on 1st April which will be shown on your March bill,

@Davebest

Have you looked at the breakdown of your bill, particularly the blue down arrow next to an amount you think has risen, and see what additional info that gives you.

Next months bill is £68 and so on, so looks like my bill has magically gone up £10 a month! I mean a few £ extra, i don't mind but £120 a year! is ridiculous!

Where do i stand as i am  on an 18 months contract? As i can't afford this percentage raise.

The contract you agreed allows for it.

You don't say what services you have though - you will be able to exit broadband but not TV.

The 18 months is the minimum term where they will apply agreed discounts against list price.  The list price can change.
