Tried to cancel my subscription in February and as an old age pensioner found it difficult to get through to a team member I have paid for at least 10 years with no hazzle but I spoke to a uncooperative person and I stopped payment but I completed a questionnaire stating I was left very unhappy after my call to which I got no reply very unsatisfactory client treatment !!! Now I am faced with a bill of 47 euros plus a charge of 12 50 and today I cannot even speak to anybody please take into consideration my annoyance of such appalling customer care for I have subscribed for so long and I no longer can afford it so please address this issue immediately

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBefore being able to speak to someone you will need to reinstate your payment method and pay what you owe, once you have done this you should be able to call Sky Ireland.
