I have been charged twice

I have been charged twice and it says I'm in credit by 126.03

Charged twice? Or did you make a manual payment?

 

The credit will be used against your next bill, or if you ask them Sky will refund it to your bank account within 5 days. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you (tomorrow) here so that you can request it via a private online chat, if you wish?

It said direct debit but I made a manual payment but the direct debt isn't showing as came out on my bank?

That is why you are in a credit as there was no need to make a manual payment. 

 

Your bank account should update to show that the payment has been taken in the next day or so.
