I have an engineer appointment booked but I need to let you know about access to my house

How can I let Sky know there are access issues on my road?

@LisaD103  Sky don't normally send engineers for Sky+, which system do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi, I'm upgrading to Sky Q. I found a telephone number and spoke to one of the agents just now. All sorted but I have to say the push for customer self serve on line has some gaps.
