Credit refund after leaving Sky

Hi,I have moved out of the UK and therefore cancelled my sky broadband on 24th September (am usually billed on the 3rd of the month).  I was informed that I would be billed accordingly for the month and receive a refund for the last week of the month.  However, a further £40.50 was debited on 3 rd October.  My current bill in November states that I am due £54 in credit (£40.50 in October + £13.50 for the last week in September).  However, I have still not received the funds.  Can someone from Sky help to expedite the refund please.  Thank you.

@Claudia97
I’ve re-escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

Look out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll only have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

This link explains what happens.
