I no longer use Sky Broadband and Talk for the past month, why am i being charged a full amount for a service I am not using?

Usage is not a factor in billing.
If you have successfully cancelled then billing continues as normal during your notice period (including monthly in advance charging past the cessation date). The following bill will generate a credit back to cessation date.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky will not stop your billing for this just because you don't use it anymore as it is up to you to give the required notice of 14 days to cancel it which you can do if you are not in a contract.
