I got a Text from Sky saying failed email delivery

The message says

 

Hello. We emailed but the delivery failed. Please go to http://www.sky.com/mysky to see the email we sent (in your Message Centre) and check your email address.

 

My emaila ddress is correct on my account and has been for years

Have you checked your message centre?

 

emails sometimes fail - even if the address is correct.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks, yes I did check and there is a message in there that I have not received by email. I will wait and see what happens in the future as I have not changed my email in all the time I have been a sky customer

Also checked your trash/junk/bin folders fro this email as I found an email today from my phone provider (not Sky) in my bin folder today so they can sometimes end up somewhere where they shouldn't be.
