Any one used a Sky Shop to make changes to their account?
I've found out that there's an actual physical Sky Shop near me (I didn't think they still existed) has anyone used one to make changes to their account?
You need to make an appointment online, but I'm thinking it maybe better than the frustration of doing it on the phone...
