I cannot view my bill

Hi, I cannot view my bills when logged in to 'MySky' .  I have cleared Browser history in Chrome and rebooted the PC.  I have logged out and back into the MySky site but with no luck.  The Android App also cannot access my bills.  Can anyone help please?

When you say you can't view your bills, what is happening so are you seeing a blank white page ?

Hi, thanks for your swift response.  Yesterday it was just a page telling me that 'Something has gone wrong'  Today I am informed 'Apologies - we're currently updating our systems' - I presume this is planned work by Sky?

Hi Bod, there were some known issues on Sky.com's billing pages this morning but these should not be resolved.  Try the page again and let me know how you get on 🙂

I have had an additional charge this month, looks like it's for my Broadband but I cannot work out why? I cannot view my previous or future bills. Is there a way I can try and work out what the new charge is for?
