Hi, we were moving house and almost left sky, got an email deal that gave us a deadline to apply by in order to keep our Platinum status - Ive just logged in and noticed we are down as a silver member.

If you didn't cancel then your level should not have changed. I'm not sure it was be that easy to get your previous level back but you could try registering a complaint:
