Direct debit not taken

My August payment wasn't taken as I changed my direct debit details. It was changed in time but they didn't take it will it be double in Sept! Not happy

When was the payment due to be lifted.  Normally sky will attempt tnw lift the payment again in 10 days

The payment itself is requested 14 days in advance so if you changed your details during those 14 days then this will be why it wasn't taken and has instead been added to next months bill.

Keep August's money in your bank and you will earn the interest on it.  You are not out of pocket?
