I am unable to enter my post code into MY Sky App - caused by two emails?

Hi,

 

I am unable to enter my post code into MY Sky App, I get an error telling me to check the details and wont let me log in to the mysky app. My sky id with tv,mobile and broadband services is assocated with my personal email. I also have a sky work email assocated with another sky id. I assume this would be assocated to my post code too but the account has no sky services assocated with it ? I wonder is this the issue?

It could be so do both accounts have Sky services on them or is one an older now closed account ?

only the account linked to my personal email has sky services on them, my work email has nothing on it and can be closed Id imagine

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
