For whatever reason three previous escalations haven't worked for you or haven't been fully engaged in. I do think you need to persevere on the phone.

@Daniel0210  thanks, but please let me try to deal with this my way, as I said yesterday, I'm grateful for your help, but i need to speak with an employee. I'm spending most of my time at the bedside of someone who is dying right now, so computer is easier for me.
