How to terminate a contract?
How to terminate the contract? This is the worst internet in my life! It was supposed to be 1000mb, it is 70mb, it was supposed to work and once a month it does not work even for 2 weeks, there is no help anywhere, the phone numbers provided in the application do not work! I found several numbers on the internet, only one was received but the employee from Pakistan obviously could not fix the fault, he was supposed to send someone! Still no one showed up!!! (removed) I demand a refund and free termination of the contract!!!

Re: How to terminate a contract?
Best to call, to discuss with Sky. You can find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Re: How to terminate a contract?
If you ever tried to make contact with your application, maybe you would understand that it is impossible! These numbers do not work (removed) They were supposed to send someone to repair it, but no one has shown up to this day. I demand that you terminate the contract without incurring any costs, the internet does not work and when it did, it was hopeless!!! It was supposed to be 1000mb and it did not even exceed 100mb. I am fed up with you, I want to end this nightmare as soon as possible and never again Sky!!!!!!!!!!

The numbers do work although there may be a queue to speak to an agent. To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.
The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. Making demands on here will have no effect. You will need to call Sky if you wish to discuss ending your subscription without there being any early termination fees.
