How to request a refund

Hello, I jave cancelled my contract in December 2025 and switched to another provider. Currently my bill is showing on minus thirty something pounds. How I can get the refund,please? Thank you.

Hello, I was paying by direct debit, but now it is cancelled.

We can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team on here if you want and then they will send you a private chat message via a bibble that will appear at the bottom of this page tomorrow morning. They might ask you to setup your direct debit again so that the refund can be issued via it otherwise it would have to be sent via a cheque which take a good few weeks to be sent out.

 

Are you happy to be contacted via the private chat on here tomorrow, when they do you then have 48 hours to respond to it.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow morning sometime after 9am regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
