charges

I have just recieved a text message to say I charge has been applied to my account for not returning equipment. Can you please explain as I am still in contract until Jult 2026?

Nobody will call you due to you posting on here as this is where customers help each other.

 

Mistakes can occur so does anything show here as to what equipment Sky wanted returned:

Have you made any changes to your packages recently, even if you have agreed a new contract with Sky for a discount ?
