How to find out what my bill is next month

I just joined skystream , 2nd February  2024. . I had the entertainment and netflix and cinema.  Had to pay with in 3 days , £43.00 , so I cancelled cinema  and netflix premium,  kept netflix  to standard.  I've tried talking to the robot messaging service without any success.  I've tried calling for several days with no joy. Today I finerly got through and put on hold for so long the phone went dead. Then I got a bill from my giffgaff for cost of call £7.00 , I'm thinking of cancelling account as I can't find answers just expensive calls
